Signing up for a Tour

All Tours are run by Graphie International, Inc. dab PhotoTrip Tours of which Tour Leader Laurent Martrès is en employee.

A deposit of US$1,000, payable by check only, will reserve a spot for you on a Tour.

Full payment of the balance for the Tour is due 90 days prior departure date, payable by check, Paypal or credit card. A 2.5% charge will be added for payments of the balance by credit card or Paypal. If final payment is not received when due, your reservation will be treated as cancelled as if in writing and you will forfeit your reservation deposit.
If you sign up for a Tour within 90 days of departure, the full amount for the Tour is due immediately.


You are participating in a Tour at your own risk. You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel/cancellation insurance, including medical emergency evacuation, to protect your investment.  

Health Considerations

If you have concerns about your own capabilities and/or fitness as it relates to this trip, please inquire before reserving a space. By paying your deposit, you certify that you do not knowingly have any physical/mental condition or disability that would create a risk to yourself or other participants in a Tour. PhotoTrip Tours reserve the right to request a doctor's statement of health and their judgment shall provide the ultimate determination of an individual's ability to embark upon or continue a trip.

Payment of the Tour Fee means participant assumes all associated risks inherent to the Tour and is personally responsible for the consequences. Once you have been confirmed as a participant in a Tour, medical circumstances will not be considered as exceptions to our cancellation policy.



All tours require a minimum of 3 guests to run. If for any reason this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the Tour completely with two weeks notice OR run it with a 10% supplement for two guests and 18% for one guest. In case of complete annulation all monies paid to us toward the Tour will be promptly refunded accompanied by a letter certifying the cancellation for insurance purposes.



If you need to cancel your Tour the following charges will be payable:

If you cancel up to 90 days before the start date of your Tour, your deposit (and Tour fee if already paid) will be fully refunded, minus a US$95 administrative charge.

If you cancel between 90 and 61 days before the start of your tour, you will forfeit 25% of the tour fee

If you cancel between 60 and 31 days before the start of your tour, you will forfeit 50% of the tour fee

If you cancel between 30 days and 8 days before the start of your tour, you will forfeit 75% of your tour fee

If you cancel less than 8 days before the start of the trip, we cannot refund your tour fee


Notes on Cancellation Fees and Notification Timing

Any charges and transaction fees incurred on refunding any payments will be assumed by you

The number of days to a Tour start is calculated from 9am Pacific Time (UTC - 9 hours). Email received after 6pm PST on the previous day will be calculated from 9am PST the following day.

The cost of the Tour cannot be aportioned. There are no partial refunds if a participant has to leave before a Tour's end.

Cancellations are not transferable

Graphie International, Inc. (d.b.a PhotoTrip Tours) and Tour leaders and their assistants act only as agents for participant in regard to travel, including, but not limited to, sightseeing, meals, lodging, transportation, and all other services whether by rail, taxi, motor coach, boat, ship, or aircraft. PhotoTrip Tours and Tour leader assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, annulation, or other event which may occasion interruption or annulation for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying guests or in carrying out other arrangements of the Tour. 

PhotoTrip Tours and Tour leader accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel or other services, lost luggage, theft, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses are to be borne by guest, as Tour fees provide for arrangements only for the times and locations stated.
